never saw the high energy protons so steady for so long at such a high flux, they might not even go down ,following the earlier pattern of the >10MeV energy range protons.. Well by the proton levels it would look like the supposed CME really hit some 7 or 8 hours ago. Nict does not reflect that but they say on other threads that nict means nothing right now because the ACE satellites are down.

I don't know if CME plasma can reach the earth from the sun in less than 24 hours, but maybe extrasolar plasma could cause a similar to CME like event.

I am on the east coast. Felt very beat up - muscles etc. last evening. I posted that last night.

Tonight is a repeat. Sore muscles - feel like I fell down a flight of stairs multiple times, asthmatic, exhaustion, lethargic. My thought process is very slow. I work in QA in the research field and work from home. It is taking me double the normal time to get my work completed - I am working with a lot of mathmatical equations today and I keep making mistakes and having to redo my work.
