Copy and paste it to 'Paint', expand the image to 500%, and then look at the bright white spot on the lower right that is added to make the image appear non symmetric. Rivers and lakes that have frozen every year for the history of the white mans presence here did not freeze this year. Here in NE Texas it normally gets down in the teens during the coldest days , average high temps in the upper 40's and lows near freezing, and it snows a few times, this year it was in the 70's and lower 80's all winter with lows in the 60's. Just yesterday. An increase in two hundred degrees C would result in an overall thermal expansion of the earths nickel iron metallic core by @ 1/2 km . I Suspect the cores temperature has increased to a much larger degree, perhaps expanding in the 10's of kilometers. This would put increased pressure on the mantle which would expand in response to relieve the pressure, causing cracks to develop in the crust. Imagine this thought experiment, take a basket ball and cover it in plaster of Paris and let it dry. What is going to happen when you air up the ball to a higher pressure? |

The coma of the comet was never accurately measured but judging by the tails relative size compared to the Sun it was bigger than Saturn IMHO. It caused several CME's that hit two planets with what appeared to be giant sparks or arcs, Venus and Mercury. They later removed some of the most odd images, like the arcs and the springlike CME |
