Solar wind
speed: 401.4 km/sec
density: 0.0 protons/cm3

The solar wind velocity is somewhat normal, but the proton density is a bit low

We need to look at a few more sources.

The above source is showing low but normal proton flux density at the GOES satellites, I am wondering where Space Weather is getting their data?

ACE is showing a proton density of 0 as well. This means the solar wind consists entirely of electrons and neutrons.
