I'm trying to figure out what exactly you got right. I mean I fully admit that about 2/3rds of the US is having a very hot summer. The rest of the world I don't know about. But the sea ice is not all going to melt this year, everyone does not know something is wrong. You said weeks ago there would be no one left to detract from you within 2 weeks as things would become too evident for detractors to be able to mount an argument. That has not happened. Not even close.

Many traditional climatologists have been predicting more extreme weather for decades. That those now seem to be occurring is points to them, *AND* IDW who concurred for his own reasons. However, the predictions of IDW I am most interested in are that the temperature *won't decrease* after the Summer. That's a firm enough prediction that is unusual enough to easily test come the Fall. We'll see.

Oh, and another IDW prediction, in which I, personally, will be unable to post in 2013, since, y'know, the world will have ended. Or something. So all I continue to have to do is patiently wait. But I am a patient guy. I expect the excuses will be most amusing.

Yeah I am waiting to see what happens in another month or so with the temperatures as well. I'll give him some credit for that list though. I'm still not sure that the temperatures are really that crazy worldwide right now but if he can produce something showing me that, I will certainly acknowledge his correctness. But I think we are gonna see temperatures start to drop off in the fall, just like every year.

Most of the places that are cooler than normal like southern Australia, the UK South africa and the lower half of south America are because of unusual oceanic conditions that are localized and caused by glacial melting. I stated specifically that there would be more radical extremes in weather patterns including some places much colder than normal if you reveille the thread, and this is fully to be expected. But almost all inland areas across the world are hotter than normal or are averaging much warmer than normal overall. In other words it is easy to understand why Ireland and the UK would be getting colder with the polar melting interfering with the gulf stream, the freshwater flowing south is pushing the gulf stream south. Someone posted a thread on this on GLP showing graphics of the gulf stream and how it had been effected, but I cant remember the title.
But when greenland starts to melt and the north polar regions are 10-15 degrees above normal , I don't see how anyone can deny we are seeing radical warming overall. I will be wrong in pinpointing some of my predictions, no one can be 100% accurate, but overall I'm undeniably on target. Last year we had little of what could be called a winter, and this year we are going to see summer temperatures in November and early December. I want those who ask the hard question to know I don't resent them for doing so, in fact it is very helpful giving me a chance to explain. The weather is powered by the Sun to put it simply, it is a heat engine of sorts and evaporation figures heavily into it. Some areas being cooler or even much cooler than normal is fully to be expected, especially with the glacial runoff changing oceanic currents and polar water temperatures deep down in the ocean above normal. This is what is causing the sudden release of huge amounts of methane.

You can argue with me about the specifics of what is causing this , but if you've been paying close attention to all the little tidbits of information and you put it all together, the entrance of the solar system into the galactic plane IS the cause and I AM right.

Just about every country is breaking records, not just records in the last few decades but all-time records.

There's always been freak weather, but climatologists increasingly think these events are becoming less unusual and more destructive. Instead of taking place every 10 or 20 years, they are happening every two or three but this year it has been month after month of breaking records all over the planet.

I can't see how anyone can not notice just how many changes are happening and how, month after month, tens of thousands of records fall.
