BTW, for educational purposes and to inform those who are unaware, and Sunspot that is on the limb of the Suns disk or visible on the face of it is potentially geo effective. Sunspots not even viable have been geo effective in the past. This clearly shows the level of ignorance of agent 74444 and astonut on the subject matter.

What was so unusual about the solstice Sunspot is it's precise location at the center of the Suns visible disk exactly at the precise point in time I predicted it would be.

I verified this by direct observation, and though it is difficult to determine the precise center of a circle just by looking at it, by taking a photograph of it through a welding lens it was possible to determine the Sunspot was at most 1 or 2 degrees off dead center of the Suns disk. Blow up to a diameter of 8 inches and then bisected on both axises,the lines crossed on the Sunspot.

Remember, I made this prediction in 2004, which to the prudent means my methodology is valid and accurate.
