I have friends in Arkansas, there was no ice.

There was rain and strong downdraft winds followed by a rapid changeover to snow as we got on the western side of the rotation of the CYCLONIC STORM, and the counterclockwise rotation brought cold air from the north. The changeover was so rapid it went from 64 to 32 in under 2 hours and there was no "in between" period or any sort of freezing rain at all. I lived in the St lawrence valley for 16 years and I know what a blizzard is. This was a blizzard, on Christmas night. I don't give a fuck what you say, this weather was highly abnormal by everyone's reckoning.

Lets see your definition of Cyclonic storm is Hurricane correct? So you are saying it wasnt a low pressure system associated with a cold front? FYI if it did have hurricane force winds and was a low pressure system as well, it would be classified as a sub-tropical system. It would need to have convection associated with the center and a warm core with maximum sustained winds located away from the low's center. Also they must have no warm or cold weather fronts associated with its center.

Here you go since you like youtube so much--everything laid out in a nice simple video, showing ice in arkansas, no winds near hurricane strenth, and also showing your "cyclonic storm" which is nothing other than a low pressure system which often accompanies winter storms like this one.

So Anonymous Fabricator, where is YOUR data?

You are showing ice storms from previous years. FWIW, I think this is one of those deals where being in the middle of the action gives a person a more accurate and credible rendition of events.

No ,technically it was not a hurricane since it did not have tropical origins as I have previously and repeatedly stated, but it was not a normal winter storm, it was a cyclonic storm with a rapid rotation that moved very slowly over our area producing sustained winds of 50 mph and periods of wind which were so strong they literally pushed giant trees to the ground from the top leaving only the trunks. I have been an avid weather watcher since childhood and have never witnessed a storm anything like this.

I predicted earlier in this thread that storms would become more energetic and the weather would become extremely unstable and intense. I predicted the absence of a real winter with accumulating snows that remain over long periods of time. Talk to the people in the northern states and ask them how their winter has been....

I have been right on both counts. Debunk that, dickhead.
