Little rock is 175 miles from here and the eye of the storm did not pass over little rock, it went south of little rock and started to dissipate in rotational strength near Memphis.
There WAS a distinct eye of this storm, and eye wall of high winds , and period of calm clear weather before the snow and wind started.
