There is all sorts of evidence that would lead me to conclude that IDW/A.A knows what he is talking about. Some of his stuff has been interesting, and worth exploring -- it's just that his ego gets bruised very easily, and seemingly cannot separate itself from his ideas, so he gets very irate very quickly, rudely blasting away at any who disagree with a litany of fallacious arguments and erroneous claims. He also seems to react that way if you ask him for *proof* of any of his claims, such as showing the mathematical work he's claimed to have done already.

IDW/A.A never seems to talk beliefs, at least not in the stuff I challenge him on. He claims some things as facts, and has pet theories that he is absolutely certain of, and woe betide those who question or disagree with them. And his reaction to his latest failure is simple: give no concrete predictions whatsoever, and no one can claim you're wrong.

Interesting choice of priorities, but not surprising.
