There is some indication from what I have seen that the end date of the Mayan calender was falsely promulgated pulling out all the stops as being on the winter solstice of 2012. Since I cannot decipher the Mayan hieroglyphs, I am unable to confirm the end date. I know the actual date by interpolation and by closely examining the pattern that has manifested itself over the past year or so.
