food storage underground

back in 1984 most states had started underground facility storage centers for food. What you have to be concerned about is when they say, "no more food." Who gets the food. Well, you go and apply if you follow their guidelines for being provided food to so you can give food out to your community ie; a church, or senior citizens, etc. Then the people who come to your community food pantry sign up and receive X parcels according to your needs. A lot of immigrants and American poor learn of access to these areas. Have fun raiding the pantry kids!
