You can easily replace FBI with KGB nowadays, quotes are almost word-to-word when translated from Russian. I recently watched "That darn cat" and all the FBI agents there were like ordinary normal people. Probably 45 years of natural selection created the new species of FBI men and I don't like it. I had it enough with soviet bureaucracy and militia.

lol.. being put on a list for something you say online.... that would be 80% of us.. I say outright illegal jokes texting with my phone. And how would they then utalize this list?.. I think when martial law comes, and the death camps are activated, the only list they would consider is the "insiders" list, the ones that play along and get to stay. The rest, list or not are going to share the same fate.

As for the now, you either say something that gets you arrested, or monitored further... and by the looks of chatroullete, they internet crime prevention is lacking.
