Global warming is a myth, you have to have highs and lows to have averages..... last winter they were claiming it was an Ice age as well as in the 70s.. the earth regulates itself... |

WE've had virtually no rain, and its been in the upper 60s lower 70s most of this winter. Sure, we've had some cold nights, but I was expecting WWWAAAAAYYY more rain. It can easily get to 110 degrees where I am here in Northern Cali on a normal summer day. I have fears of a really hot, really dry, drought summer. Hopefully I'm wrong.. Last Edited by Doomish on 01/30/2012 03:49 PM Trying to bring GLP together. I'm still collecting flags from posters all over the world. Thread: Official "Flags from around the world" thread. Hoping to get posts from all countries that frequent GLP. :gratefulsig: |

So when it's normally 85-95 deg's in june & july does that mean it's now going to be 115 to 125 deg's this coming summer? Quoting: Anonymous Coward 2081064 You'll be lucky if it's ONLY 125. Prepare to move north, way north. |

Cloud cover actually holds in heat buddy. Ask anyone that lives in Minnesota. The coldest days, and I'm talking -30 degree days are ALWAYS CLOUDLESS. |

Quoting: Anonymous Coward 2081064 No, you are confusing local climate with global climate and have zero understanding of the process of global warming, what its predicted effects are, the timeframe and why the predictions are wrong. Go eat an ice cream or something that is more your intellectual pay grade because you are too stupid to worry about or understand this issue. |
