I think Wednesday is the day the GA Judge gives the ruling on the case. Then the decision will be made as to whether or not GA will have Obama on the ballot. The case was moved up from the 5th Feb to the 1st of Feb.

Why does it matter if BO is on the ballot or not? Electoral College chooses the Pres....not us.

If Obama was left off the Ga. ballot it wood open doors for other states to follow.. also it would put doubt in the minds of the voters..

The plaintiffs' briefs were originally due Feb. 5th with the ruling coming some time after that. I believe it was plaintiff Carl Swensson who reported that the judge told them he would issue a default recommendation despite the testimony being presented. IOW, he'll be ruling on failure to show eligibility rather than the natural born citizenship question.

As such, it might not take the judge a long time to send his opinion over to the GA Secretary of State (SOS), Brian Kemp. At east I hope so.

It might be a two-line opinion. After that, the SOS will give his decision. A default opinion has the advantage in that it is almost impossible to appeal it successfully. The reasons for a successful appeal don't exist in this case, so it is a mortal lock and shouldn't be reviewable by a federal court.

The downside is that Obama gets to walk away with no criminal charges, unless someone institutes a new legal action. Criminal charges are brought by government officials. Will any government official be courageous enough to bring a case? Don't know.

The federal courts would have no jurisdiction over a default ruling by state courts unless the judge asked capriciously. There is zero evidence of capricious action in this case.

Take this or leave it, I am a photoshop expert. Ive been using it since it was Aldus photostyler (yeah, before photoshop 1). Layers was the first thing I learned.

Someone released the master edit (.psd file) instead of the final image (jpg, bmp, png, gif, tif, whatever). To me, they did it on purpose. Only a retard would release the raw .psd, and only people with adobe products could read it.

Its a trojan horse. Either someone setup Obama or its a distraction because there is no way in hell it is real.
