US extremely interested in CHRISTCHURCH - NZ ...

First off I should say this has to do with all the bogus Earthquakes we have been getting ... which really are attacks designed to drive us all out of the area, so the US can move in ... sounds far fetched but ....

In Feb a freak shallow quake destroyed the central city, since then it has been shut down and out of bounds to all except those having special permission to be in there. Much of it is still OK but many buildings have been demolished and removed.

Most think this was all just some natural event.

But here is some of the things I know ...

Top personal from FEMA were at the airport at the time.

9 congress men were here a hour before hand and had just left and flown to be with the PM when the quake hit.

A huge military training exercise was to take place on the very same thing on the very same morning.

Ms Clinton arrived in Wellington this morning and spent most of the day at the Beehive, before having dinner with the Prime Minister.

The declaration formalises New Zealand’s relationship with America, after a 26-year stand off.

In 1984, New Zealand banned American nuclear powered warships form entering our harbours and we were kicked out of ANZUS- the formal alliance with America.

But our relations have been warming since 2001 and today, the commitment to work more closely together was put on paper.

The declaration agrees to a new US/New Zealand strategic partnership and

To work together on issues in the Pacific

To have regular Ministerial meetings

To have annual political military talks

Ms Clinton says she’d like to see more military training exercises between the two nations.

“If possible, we want to do more,” Ms Clinton told 3 News.

With the Wellington Declaration signed, the official work is completed. Tomorrow, Ms Clinton will fly to Christchurch to attend two American Embassy events and visit American troops stationed at the US Antarctic Programme.

US congressmen tour red zone


Two high-level delegations of United States lawmakers have slipped quietly in and out of New Zealand for a series of meetings including a first-hand look at Christchurch's earthquake damage.

A group of Congressmen spent three days in the country, visiting Wellington and then Christchurch. They left on Tuesday.

Another group of seven senators was in the country at the weekend.

The visits were not advised to the media, but were confirmed after US Government planes were spotted on the tarmac at Wellington and Christchurch airports.

A Canterbury Earthquake Recovery Authority spokesman said staff had accompanied the delegation, including seven US Congressmen, into the central-city red zone.

At the weekend, senators, led by Alabama Republican Richard Shelby, visited Wellington. The group included senators Lamar Alexander, Kay Bailey-Hutchison, Daniel Coats, Jon Kyl, Jeff Sessions and Mike Enzi.

It is understood they also touched base at the Deep Freeze operation at Harewood.

This has nothing to do with attacking New Zealand, it has to do with securing a piece of land they would like to own ... and as far as I can tell our government in in on this and fully intents to give it to them!

The American military occupation of Christchurch International Airport (Harewood) has its roots in the 1950s. The scientific International Geophysical Year (1957-58) brought military air and logistics support in the form of the US Navy and Air Force. The Navy left in 1998, but the Air Force continues its military/intelligence support operations to this day. The American military operates under the cover the Antarctic Agreement of 1961. Both overt and covert military and intelligence support operations that have little or no relationship to Antarctic science and logistics (Operation Deep Freeze) have gone on for years both in Christchurch and Antarctica. The New Zealand government has never questioned the scope of US military activities at Christchurch – the only Australasian city to host a foreign base within its bounds.



The US government regards the US area at the airport as sovereign US territory and not subject to NZ law. New Zealanders in the employ of the US military engaged in Antarctic logistics have long been denied the option of belonging to a trade union in their own country. Customs and agriculture officials may not set foot on any American military aircraft; they too are sovereign US territory under international law.

Thanks Lamplite. I live in Canterbury and I'm quite convinced these quakes are not natural.

A lot of things seem to indicate that "someone" wants to get their hands on Christchurch/Canterbury and what a "great" way to drive everyone out - months of endless earthquakes. Now the geoguessers are claiming they might go on for 30 years.

I think the vultures are circling the whole of NZ actually.

Plenty of motive, read the threads I have linked here, it's all about getting a large military base in the pacific.

They already have one here in Christchuch and this is the jump point to Antarctica.

They want to expand it out of site, take over the whole joint I think?
