The Prayer Request Thread - Everyone is Welcome - We Will Pray For You!

My prayers are no more effective then anyone elses here. We should all give thanks to God for the ability to pray for ourselves and others because prayer is a gift from God.

All glory to God the Father, Son & Holy Spirit.

Pray for my step-daughter who is addicted to heroin and causing the family to tear apart!!! She won't go to rehab and plays everyone against the other. The devil has his hold!

Lord, we ask that you release this stepdaughter from the cluthes of the devil. We know that satan uses drugs to hurt people, we ask that this woman be freed from this situation. Please soften her heart so she turns to you and be healed.

Prayers for those that are using DMT and other drugs to find 'God'. God gave each and every one of us all the equiptment we needed at our birth to find Him. He is against 'drugs' and every other lie.

We rebuke all lies from the devil, including those that sway people to use mind altering drugs in an attempt to find spirituality. We know that these are deceptions from the evil one that lead people away from the truth.

I have two large needs right now that God knows about. Please pray that these will be taken care of. I thank you so much!

It's an amazing thing that we can actually talk to God and He hears us. Sometimes I take it for granted, and don't even really appreciate or fully comprehend what a privilege it is to be able to communicate with our Lord.

well i call it focusing all your thoughts and energy into one cause or idea. when many people get together to do this humans can have great influence on anything. but if calling it prayer makes it easier to understand then sure, i mean i have nothing against that at all, it's just that some like the concept of prayer without the religion part( that may not make sense to some though) but i do like to see these thread too.

Pray for my stepmom. She has not gotten over the loss of my dad 3 yrs. ago. She has turned her back on God and is very bitter. She tried to commit suicide in Oct. and is struggling to raise my teenage brother.

Groups of spiritually aware people who know who they are, can effect change - the psychic energy is very powerful...

But, when that energy is focused towards external dieties - the power is given away, and the only change you will see is according to these false dieties desires...

You want things to happen in your life - learn to make the request to yourself...Until you learn, your own higher self is the only source for you, no amount of prayer will be of any value to you...

Dear Father,

We lift up CH's stepmom. We ask that you would touch her heart and show her YOUR mercy and love. Let her know that YOU are there for her and flood her with YOUR PEACE that passes all understanding. Draw her back to YOU through the power of the HOLY SPIRIT.

We also ask that you would give her strength and wisdom with dealing with CH's teenage brother.

Thank you, LORD, that you hear our prayers and that YOU answer in YOUR perfect timing,

Dear Lisa. Seeing as you seem to have a direct route to the Big 'G' himself, Could you please ask him, seeing as he created everything and controls everything, could he please perform some tiny miracle and let all the millions of starving children in the world have something to eat and drink every day please. He should be able to do this seeing as he created everything in the first place, this shouldnt be that hard a task.

What a lovely idea for a thread Lisa Lisa.

I have a prayer/meditation request for my daughter, she has been bullied at school over almost two years. The bully is high functioning, attention seeking, covert and manipulative causing many disruptions amongst friendships. She cleverly portrays a sweet image when necessary and saves her vitriol for her target :(

I would not only like to pray/meditate for my daughter to recover her confidence and strength but for the systems around the bully, who through their own denial do not take the time to see what is happening or set boundaries where they should, neither do they validate or support victims of bullying. I would like to pray for them to wake up and take their responsibility in relational education seriously.

I would also like to pray for the troubled girl who is projecting all her hatred, anger and fear onto my D - I pray she is offered the support she needs to be able to face the pain or hurt that is causing her to act out in such a destructive way, on the other side of that I wish her an open conscience and the ability to feel empathy for others.

I would like this prayer to go out to victims, bullies and those in positions of protection everywhere.

Thank you so much. I would like to pray that my Mom was able to cross over because she would tend to want to stay and watch over us, expecially seeing the pain we're in. She was such a beautiful person.
