I ask intercessors who are prepared to stand in the gap to petition the Lord to make ways and places of safety and refuge, for surely theses things are beginning to come to pass, i call on the Jewish people living in the US, if you really value your heritage, don't stay in the US, you are being set up as scapegoats by your own kind(rothschilds/jesuits/freemasons/islam)(study Germany and other slaughterhouses of the jewish people down the ages. I pulled something in my back a week ago. My back is still inflamed. I am having trouble moving. I am in so much pain someone please pray for me.

Hey brother. I want to say you are one of my favorite Christians on glp.
Cinnamon has been know by some for longer than I have been alive that it helps the body heal.

Cinnamon helps the brain also when you are trying to learn.
I remember when I was in grade school a mother of a good friend of mine used to send their son to school with real pure cinnamon sticks before testing.

The teacher used to get upset, and told my friend to tell his mother not to send him to school with cinnamon. And you guessed it, the mother of my friend went to school with all the truth about cinnamon. So after than many of us used cinnamon before tests. And you got it our test scores raised quite a bit.

You can use real cinnamon without sugar in it in all kinds of foods. Just add it to what ever you eat or drink.

God created cinnamon and as I stated earlier in this posting that it was the original healing anointing oil for all the children of God to use.
It really works.

Make cinnamon bread is a good way to use it.
The store cinnamon that comes in a powder form has too much sugar with it.
So always use real cinnamon sticks that you have to break up.
Put a cinnamon stick in your favorite drink. Even coffee tastes better with cinnamon.
Isn't Gods Word wonderful with tons of great advise from our Father? He designed our flesh bodies and know what is good for it.
