Very little Winter this year..The official Groundhog where I live did not see his shadow....Something is wrong!!..

Yes I am aware that there have been a few times Lake Erie has not froze.But as far for the lack of Winter,even some of the elderly people I know,who are in their 80's,have never seen a Winter like this..

After a record-breaking January - in terms of high temperatures -the official Groundhog in the area I live in failed to see his shadow, meaning there will be an early spring..
My question is what Winter??..
