news say photos show white/clear liquid on a blue plastic spoon in front of blindfolded girls. they tested the liquid and found it was the teachers dna.

my question is, how did investigators test the substance when it was only in photographs??????? from what i understand, a photo processing center turned the photos in to police. so how did the police get their hands on the liquid in the photos in order to test its properties????????

Guess its standard policy with school employees that they are given a 2 week period to "resign" instead of getting fired. This means even if convicted he will still get the school pension and retirement check each month !!??!!

Also people are already talking about the spin the defense will shove down the jury's throat about how it will be hard to prove he did anything besides the photo evidence, even the DNA is pretty useless because you have to prove it actually happened. So unless there is a Kid that is fully aware of what happened, will testify, and can't be discredited by the defense, it will be a hard sell.

This guy makes me sick, and so does the system that is protecting him.
