Tips For Growing Out Hair

As a matter of fact i just read today that if you put 2 to 3 drops of clove oil in your shampoo, that it will make your hair grow super fast because it opens up the pores on your head and it will also keep men from losing hair. That and i've heard that coconut oil will make your hair grow fast too...I've never tried either because i have too much hair as it is....it's probably 3 inches longer than my avatar picture and it was just taken in september!!

My hair is down to my hips, but I have bangs. I notice I need to trim them more often when I sleep longer (and more thoroughly) and take naps.

Try this:

Put 2 parts worcestershire sauce, 1 part honey and 3 parts tabasco in a bowl. Mix it thoroughly. Put your index finger in the bowl then ram your finger up your ass.

Google/search "Mega Tek". Its a horse shampoo of sorts that cancer patients who have been through cancer, use to re grow hair lost from chemo. Ppl with out cancer use it as well.

Wearing a hat to bed, I'm on my third grow out and once, long ago, I found a real old fashion night cap. A really long thin skihat type hat made to sleep in. I think I found it in Denmark. I bought 2 black ones.

awesome hair, if i looked that good with short hair i would never grow it out...love the little nose peircing too, i'm getting ready to get one myself...34 and i've always wanted one!!!

Oh, and I desided that hair loss is hormonel, so beating off 3-4 time a day seems to be keeping my fourhead nice and full.

Brush it and style it as little as possible. I mean, you want to look good, but don't overdo it with the brushing or styling products.

Maybe meditation can help too. I mean, sometimes when I really concentrate, it is like I can feel the roots of my hair. It is weird. It only happens when I am really relaxed. It is almost as if I can just imagine it growing.

I know the placebo effect is real, so maybe if you just really believe it is growing and imagine it growing faster and faster, actually visualizing it, maybe it will work?

Stress does not slow down hair growth, not one bit. I am under a ton of stress and my hair grows like a window shade being pulled down. Also, I sleep very little. My suggestion would be to drink more milk and spend some time in the sunshine everyday. That makes my hair grow even faster.

Some people have slow growing hair and some have fast. You are only going to speed it up a little whatever you do. I've got one window shade hair growing daughter and one whose hair would make Rapunzel grow old before she was rescued from the tower waiting on it to grow long enough.

I wash my hair 2x a month maybe 3 and my hair is growing like crazy.

Think about it, how many homeless people have great hair? The key is to not wash it too often.
