You can't get it out quickly but you can dilute it so it doesn't show on a piss test. Take a B-complex vitamin and drink as much water as possible 2 hours before the test.

Niacin Flush. I used it many times, it worked every time. I tried EVERY thing else that claims to work and nothing works. Take a 500mg pill of Niacin Flush. Gray container, probably 100 pills, maybe 50. You can get it almost anywhere vitamins are sold. One pill is 2500% your daily value of Niacin. If you take the pill, make sure to drink a LOT of water. Literally drink over a gallon easy. I would drink 2 gallons. You will get flush (red) and feel a little warm, or itchy and tingly. It is fine, do not panic, it is normal. Just take the pill, drink a shit load of water, and you piss a bunch of times, and your good. Niacin breaks down the fat lipids in your body. THC hangs out in the FAT in your body. It works, trust me. I smoked the day before my drug test and passed the test by this method. THC takes about 8 hours to be fully absorbed into your system. So wait at least 8 hours from the last time you smoked before attempting to flush your system. Also, give yourself about 3 hours before the drug test to flush your system. You will be red, itchy, tingly for about 30 mins, then it will fade. But you need enough time to piss a bunch of times. How fast you drink the water matters. You must drink over a gallon in less than an hour, right after taking the pill. Not only will your pee be clean, but your saliva as well (in case of a swab test). It actually cleans your blood as well. It is awesome, and it works. The bottle is like 8 bucks USD. Do not bother with the cleansing drinks, they do nada.

But don't get Niacin. Get Niacin Flush.

The solution to pollution is dilution.

Water is not going to help because THC is not water soluble. You will have to work out a ton to get it out any quicker than just not smoking. Look up using the fruit pectin and b12 dilute your urine with water hours before you take the test. I have not tried it personally but I have three different friends that use it on the regular.

Trust me, I'm a pro on this, I was in out patient rehab for pot, and passed every single time using niacin flush. If you are overweight, it may not work well for you. if you are slim/higher metabolism, it is the best choice. Do not listen to people who say there is no way to flush your system, they just dont know about niacin flush. I am sitting here telling you i've done it numerous times, it works. Do not drink gallons of water, drink one gallon within an hour, and drink another gallon over the next 2 hours. it works. if you don't believe me, go to cvs and buy a home drug test kit for THC. you will see the red line appear over the control line, and over the thc line, showing you are clean. I've done it, it works, done deal.

Vitamins and a ton of Cranberry juice the day before, and hours before your test. It may/may not work.

LOL! Gallons is a bit overkill. Just steadily drink water up until it's test time while peeing frequently. This worked for my brother more than once and he is a daily smoker.

Not always true...im a small framed guy, drank 1.5 gallons of water a day, ran 1 mile a day...and after 17 days of that i still popped up dirty. Now get royal flush or one of those drinks with alot of vitamins & caffeine...some of the other ones dont have the right stuff...thats what you have to look at in those "clean drinks" and follow the directions on the bottle...you can fail for drinking too much water or not enough with those "clean drinks" good luck broham.
