Either I'm not reading your sarcasm or you misread what I said. I'm saying that the poster's noble and snake are trolling the thread. You started the thread to ask about chemtrails and get a better understanding of what they could be and how they form. Noble and snake attack anyone who doesn't believe that they are 'contrails' formed by supercondensation and ice particle formation, etc etc. And noble has to be 100% correct with his explanation because he has such a passion for aviation and science, right?

I just think it's foolish to try to explain away every chemtrail as a contrail when it's obvious just by examining the two as they form in the sky that this cannot be, no matter what kind of fancy scientific explanation you try to give.

I've seen it numerous times in the sky. A high altitude plane suddenly leaving behind a white line that streaks for miles across the sky and after several minutes begins to expand and spread out.

I've also seen on the same day a high altitude plane with a white vapor trail behind it that does not linger, that disappears withing a few seconds, and the vapor trail, or actual contrail, remains more or less the same length the whole time.

My deductive reasoning tells me that the vapor trail the disappears after a few seconds is in fact a contrail formed due to the superheated air of the jet's combustion engine being dispersed into the much colder atmospheric air and rapidly cooling to reach an equilibrium temperature, which is why the trail disappears rather quickly. However, seeing a trail spread into a 'cloud' that lingers for upwards of 30 minutes makes me think it's something more in the sky than just 'lasting formations of super condensed ice particles'
