Why are you giving the Federal Government a $9000 interest free loan? You should be taking home more from your paycheck. You need to adjust your W-2 so you expect nothing after taxes so the government doesn't get a free ride. If you want $9000 bucks simply put in the excess that you take home into a savings account.
