Well I am pleased to make your acquaintance and respect the things you have said so far.

I've often pondered the idea of trying to start community groups where Palestinians and jewish people might get together with the idea of forming friendships towards peace. The framework would be challenging with a lot of potential for problems.

It seems to me that it is easy to get caught up in trying to make historical claims. To me what is important is not how things happened but where we are today. Where we are today is a situation where we have members of eachother's societies who wish to harm eachother and one who oppresses/occupies the other.

In my opinion the most difficult problem to overcome is that of racism. It amazes me to find that even within myself, with all my good intentions there is a seemingly natural racist propensity. If I identify myself as anything... for example as a jewish, it would seem natural that I wish to preserve my existance according to this definition of self. Let me take this out of the Arab/jewish context for a moment. I am white and live in Canada. We have an Aboriginal minority population here. How would I feel about the prospect of whites becoming a minority here? I fear it! Why? Because I am wired to make the mistake of identifying myself at least partially by the color of my skin rather than by what matters the most... that I am a human! Back to the original context... it seems to me that the position of even the most leftist amongst a majority (oppressor/occupier) is going to have this fear of racial "weakening" by way of population/geographic expansion of the minority. Perhaps true peace would require honest examination of ourselves and how we define ourselves by race/religion :(

i watched a documentary by louis theraus named ultra zionists, on how extremist some jewish people are, who have complete disregard for human life..


at the end of the documentary, this jewish said; we will take this land, we will evict the arabs and there is nothing you(louis) or the world can do about!

Or is it like Palestine called themselves a country just cuz, so you get to call ambassador just cuz.

No matter what you say, until I see it on a map (in English), Palestine is not a country.


your Palestinians are not about peace or concession. The leftists world agenda has emboldened them in their violence. Do they chant peace to Israel and peace to the us in the streets?


You see the issue with the rose tinted glasses of modern liberalism.

A more fitting title may be Mayor McCheese. That way people will thinking you're crazy rather than dillusional.
