Those who grow their own tobacco do so under many states and federal restrictions overseen by department of agriculture as to how many acres they can grow legally.

Wine making or beer brewing is controlled the same way although I am well versed in this area and do not know the laws concerning California.

However, sugar being considered a controlled substance is ludicrous, many in California balk at control of marijuana, and yet you believe the government has the right to control your sugar intake.

Perhaps you Califoolians should adopt the New Hampshire motto “Live free or die” instead of tax to death the few that are left working.

As an adult, it is your right to use salt, sugar, alcohol or tobacco and at the end of the day, the obamacare foisted upon the American population will NOT work even if all were banned.
