Although your post is the upmost important topic to be discussed, I think there is clarity needed when addressing your citations. Currently, we are ruled by a de-facto government that holds legal, contractual business contracts with the citizens of the US. It is a corporation run by corporate elites. Our Declaration of Independence has little legal relevance due to the amount of pro-fascist laws that rule our borders.

Making this distinction is the most important, first step in deducting rational approaches to recover and more importantly, re-instate our constitutional republic form of government. The opportunity is present; in compliance with the standing laws and most specifically common law, to re-inhabit a de-jure form of government, void of legal corporate status.

1.The indirect taxation (more appropriately cited as REVENUE STREAMING) is all kosher because of the corporate legal status. All layers of government utilize legal status, through years of pro-corporate litigation, to create new revenue streams. This is all done in the name of “public policy.”

2.Although our war mongering, military industrialized occupation of almost every country in the world is unconstitutional, it IS legal. Most wars now are supported by private contractors and obummer has proven that, in legal business terms, that it is legal to engage in military combat, even though there is no declaration of war.

3. Its not theft. Its taxation by consent. We The People are unknowingly consenting to the taxation and participation in our own destruction. In a fascist system, governments and corps work together to create an illusion of significance, when in fact it is just plan good marketing. Have you ever noticed all the nice, new government buildings? The pro government education in our public schools? The amount of support services that help the needed and illegal immigrants? We consent and participate in the same system that enslaves us.

4. 1913 is when our official republic form of government took an official backseat to the newly formed de-facto, legal business corporation that is USA inc. (Go look at any legal definition of the united states of America…there’s 3. The one that is of legal business standing, is our current form of “government.”). In doing so, mr. Wilson GAVE HIS COUNTRY AWAY TO THE BANKERS via the federal reserve act.

5. USA inc. is a business and like all super-corps, they have to protect their INVESTMENT. Many countries and super elites around the world who run USA inc. have to protect their respective investments by lobbying or straight buying legislative protection, even in the name of attacking our constitution. As private people utilize and cite the constitution to restrain government corporations from stripping away our liberties, it (the constitution) becomes a target in which the elite must destroy.

Just remember this one thing when addressing local, state and federal governments; you are a CONSUMER! You must consume their product for them to maintain career and financial stability. You are not a citizen who they look out for, you are not in their best interest, you are only worth what they can take from you. They don’t care about your personal history, struggles or education level. They do not care about your strengths or weakness, achievements or contributions to your neighbors or community. They only care about your potential to CONSUME THEIR PRODUCT.

Please step off the political dance floor and start addressing governments as you would a clothing store. Stop consuming their shitty products and eventually they will have nothing left to sale…..

You are a prisoner of your own mind. They have constructed a fictional playground based off of contracts, industries and sold you a position at the table of their belief system. If you want to go argue before the courts of the land, the very courts they own, some legal standing that sets you free, by all means feel free to do so. History is littered with the dead bodies of those who thought the law would protect them, or that they had some contractual standing. I'm sure those citizens who were assassinated thought they had some legal rights also.

You play your word games, dance in their courts, and play by their rules.

While I agree with your sentiments the poster you rebutted is correct. Are you using Federal Reserve Notes. Than you are contracting with the US Corp. The constitution does not over rule contract law. But this is easy to over come. Start Redeeming Lawful Money. Google it. You will no longer have to pay income taxes legally but most of the statutes and code are no longer binding on you. sk
