One of these people is you.You do twice more then other guy, your product better quality every time, if it takes "other"guy 8 hours to complete his goal...it takes you only 6...and next 2 hours you need to help this "slow"guy..you almost don't mind.. Youur and this "guy's" family worked at this room for generations. So one day you visit your grand father on death bed and he asks you: "how is your work?" And you answer: "well you know just a job...plus two extra hours of work because of this guy" The grandpa then tells you this: "deal with it kid...his grandpa was the same way when I worked there and my grandfather had same problem too ". Would you even bother to think... maybe its not racist if you demand better/faster co worker and refuse to do two extra hours of work. Or would you continue...? do the same thing for the rest of your life.. because you afraid to feel bad about yourself because that would be racist. As for racist content...
