LINK FOUND: Ecstasy and E Numbers????

My neighbour is currently suffering from obesity, he overeats to block out the pain of his failed marriage and recent redundancy at work.

I speak to him nearly everyday and yesterday he had some strange news to share with me.

His latest blood test (he has to have regular check ups at the doctors and psychiatrists as they try to determine the best way to help him lose weight) showed abnormally high levels of serotonin during eating, a side effect only MDMA or ecstasy users experience. And if he didn't eat for a day results showed abnormally low levels.

He said that the docs did further drug tests and found low levels of ecstasy within his system.

Mr Rowland is an ex sports man who has never taken ecstasy in his life so these results were particularly surprising to him...

This got me thinking, who puts ecstasy in their food?
Well seen as he only binges on ready meals and fast food, this make me wonder if E numbers have anything to do with it??

Junk food contains a great deal of added colours, preservatives, flavourings and thickeners... unlike home cooked food made with fresh produce.

His doctor has passed the results on to a government official friend who is particularly interested.
