Yeah, I'll buy that. If we get big Solar activity around that time, then we're sure to see big quakes somewhere - hopefully not a megaquake. With Solar maximum upon us, big flares/CMEs are a strong possibility & they looked to be a major factor in the Japan quake. Couple that with the lunar phase & it doesn't look good.
