Did anyone notice the NFL waited to air its promotional commercial for NFL.com/evolution until the Superbowl which just happened to be held in the one State that just passed a law requiring public schools to teach Creationism?

Is the bird of prey that was a symbol for Nazi Germany an Eagle, Falcon, Hawk, Kestrel, or anything else? I think it's a Falcon but it could be an Eagle. Your thoughts history buffs?

As stated above, it is an eagle patterned after the Roman Eagle which was one of the symbols of power/governance carried into battle.
I would suggest, for the fun of it, reading the novel "Eagle of the Ninth" if you can find it. I studied in high school and enjoyed it. Gives you a little insight into the Roman occupation of the British Isles.
