Same story here in Massachusetts. Last winter at this time, we had I don't even know how many FEET of snow; and the winter before that, and the winter before that! I've been outside a few days this past January in a t-shirt. Yeah, I'd say something is up and I have two choices; Global Warming, or Fukishima. Maybe both, but I don't care what anybody says, this isn't at all normal.
