Influenza surveylance reports for Australia are available state by state at the following link. The national summary is as follows. Nationally
Dept of Health & Ageing
There have been a total of 40,218 laboratory confirmed notifications of Influenza in Australia in 2012 to 26 September.
The majority of notifications have been in QLD with 15,789 and NSW with 7074. WA has had 4934, Victoria 5132, SA 5264, NT 363, ACT 618 and Tasmania 1044.Link here... [link to www.influenzaspecialistgroup.org.au]
