News today from India is reporting another two fatalities from H1N1 Swine Flu. Unfortunately it does appear that this is a steadily increasing situation there. All we can hope for is that this outbreak doesent manage to get completely out of hand and get to epidemic proportions there. Two more H1N1 deaths in Coimbatore, taking toll to nine
COIMBATORE: Two more H1N1 deaths were reported in the city on Wednesday taking the total death toll to nine since January 2012.
A 40-year-old woman who tested positive for H1N1 was referred to Coimbatore Medical College Hospital from Udumalpet, but breathed her last at the isolation ward of the government hospital early on Wednesday morning.
A 28-year-old woman staying near Singanallur was declared dead at a private hospital in the city where she was tested and found to be infected with H1N1 virus.Link here... [ link to timesofindia.indiatimes.com]
