To everyone who has either contributed to this thread or taken the time read and follow it, let me take this opportunity to offer you all the very best of wishes for this approaching Christmas and New Year season.

We have travelled and shared much, it has been a very beneficial and helpful journey.

One for me especially.

I have made new friends.

I have learnt so much and looking back can say, that no matter what the future brings me, my chances of living a longer and healthier life have been significantly improved as a direct result of the presence of this thread and the information that it has shared with me.

To you all, please allow me to offer my humblest grattitude for what you have given to me.

I can never fully appreciate nor ever appropriately repay that debt of grattitude.

I hope the same can be felt by you all too.
