For tonight, this last post is absolute proof positive that these MERS-cov cases are H2H transmitted and over the total period that this novel coronavirus has been active.

Though technical in the detail the message itself is clear enough.

Confirmatory sequence analysis of the RdRp and N gene segments was done directly on RNA extracted from the bronchoalveolar lavage specimen from patient 1 and sputum specimen from patient 2. The sequences from both patients were identical. The RdRp sequences showed the C&#8594;T polymorphism at position 15196, which distinguishes all available sequences from that of the EMC/2012 isolate.5 For the N gene, sequences were identical to that of the EMC isolate and did not show the short deletion (nucleotides 29736–29741) nor any of the polymorphisms recorded at positions 29714 (A&#8594;T) and 29723 (G&#8594;T) in the England/Qatar/2012 sequence, nor that found at position 29811 (C&#8594;T) in the Jordan-N3/2012 sequence (appendix).5,15,17 These results definitively establish that both patients were infected with MERS-CoV.

The above comments from the Lancet paper on nosocomial MERS-CoV transmission in France describe the sequences from the two cases in France.

Thus, all human sequences are closely related to each other, and easily distinguished from all bat sequences, which are decades or centuries away from the human sequences.

The two sets of sequences from the French cases increases the number of public human sequences to eight and all are virtually identical to the consensus (identities of 99.6% or higher) strongly supporting human transmission, which appears to be evolving toward greater efficiency as seen by the large hospital clusters in eastern Saudi Arabia as well as the export of MERS-CoV via infected patients traveling via commercial airline from the Middle East to England, France, Tunisia, or Morocco.

These hospital clusters and exports, coupled with the high case fatality rate, signal sustained community transmission in the Middle East.

Folks, I have to offer my very heart felt concerns to everyone for having to bring this news forward, as I have tonight.

It sickens me and I wont sleep well tonight.

I can only hope that someone in Authority in Saudi Arabia has also read these posts tonight and that they will share my nightmares.

Perhaps then we might see an about face from the Saudis and the road to destruction they are consigning us all on.

Connecting any dots? Doesn't show up in genome databases because it's proprietary tech, perhaps. So when doctors do a search on the disease, it doesn't show up. So they blame corexit or bath salts, or the next things down the list. The process of elimination doesn't work properly, because the true cause is hidden from view. It's outside the average doctor's domain knowledge set of facts.


Problem/reaction/solution.

In 2003, JCVI successfully synthesized a small virus that infects bacteria. By 2008, the JCVI team was able to synthesize a small bacterial genome. On May 6, 2010, JCVI revealed they had already created a self-replicating bacterial cell controlled by a chemically synthesized genome they named “synthetic Mycoplasma mycoides JCVI-syn1.0”. (7) This completely synthetic cell with its computer designed genome has absolutely no natural DNA. (1) The etc group from Canada named it Synthia and it contains added watermark chains to identify the genome as artificial. It also has antibiotic resistance indicators. (7) One can only speculate why this artificial bacterium has an inherent programmed capability to resist antibiotics.

This new life form has the ability to replicate itself and organically function in any cell into which it has been introduced. Its DNA is artificial and it’s this synthetic DNA that takes control of the cell and is credited with being the building block of life. This is the first self-replicating synthetic bacterial cell thanks to its computer generated DNA. All of the funding for this came from Synthetic Genomics Inc (1), the company BP has a sizable equity position and alliance with. BP is definitely way beyond petroleum just as their new slogan publicizes.

Why watermark this artificial genome? Doing so makes it identifiable as the unique and patented (privately owned) asset it is. What happens if a human becomes infected with a life-threatening variant bacterial species of Synthia? If you use Penicillin to fight the infection, it won’t do any good. Antibiotic resistance is part of its DNA sequence, so any use of antibiotics would be a waste of time.

What would happen if mankind is contaminated by this self-reproducing artificial life form by contact or by breathing it? Would we become subjective to the DNA of the synthetic cells flowing throughout our bodies? Would the Synthia cells combine with other bacterium within us to create a new deadly bacterium? Since the micro-organism is created and gets its programming from computers, would we become subject to artificial electro-magnetic frequencies recognized by these genomes? There are a lot of questions that need to yet be answered. What matters most is this: Will we find out those answers in time?
