According to the Midrash of Ki-Tetze, it notes that Moses was born APOSTHIC, a rare congenital condition
where the child is born with the Foreskin

his son Gad and King David
were also born APOSTHICAlso, some traditions in Islam say Muhammed was born without a naturally occurring foreskin. (source Bacharach, Jere L.) According to ancient text, being born without the foreskin naturally was a sign of a powerful leader, which may be a reasoning for Circumcision... to Be "like" those leaders Moses, David, Gad, and Muhammed who had gone before. A perfect example of the Arcana and us in the KNOW, KNOW the name Moses was really not his name, but it was Ramesses. Many Egyptian names combine the mose (“is born”) with the name of a god: Thutmose (“Thut is born”), Ramose (“Ra is born”—this is the same name as Rameses in the Bible) Since he was Egyptian and the Law of Circumcision was in effect, of course he was Circumcised. But the Children of Israel abandoned circumcision during Moses' leadership to oppose Egypts rule and the law. Moses' name, meaning in Hebrew “to draw out of the water." Kind of like a c-section ;)
