Cops started down the path the MOMENT they started having to "meet" monthly quotas. This is when they went from protecting the peace to making their "money" every month. They get REWARDED for having high arrests,drug busts,and other things every month.

Not just that but I was told by a old timer that they have lowered the bar on passing scores for cops due to low applications. So basically we got idiots now that shouldn't have passed a IQ test to be a cop to boot.

It is and has always been IMPOSSIBLE for the police to "Protect and Serve" the people...

Think about it for a minute...

98% of the time, the police show up after the crime has been committed. So, unless a cop is stationed in front of your house or assigned to follow you around, they are not, nor can they "Protect" you.

As far as "Serving" you...

It is IMPOSSIBLE for one to "Serve" you while simultaneously POLICING you!

We are all born and raised being told..."The police serve and protect us"...

The reality of it is, the police "Serve and Protect" the corporation that employs them. Whether it be the incorporated city, county or state that they receive their paycheck from, that is who they work for.
