Quite the leap of logic there, that he was spying on kids because he was sitting on his back porch. In fact , the whole Sandusky prosecution seems like a witch hunt to me, no real evidence

And he changed his story three times. He might have been after Sandusky's job or had a persona problem with him. Why wasn't this kid ever identified?
Perhaps because he didn't exist?
And what does that mean, precisely? Is that incriminating?
And lets not forget that his Second Mile program was targeted towards under-privileged children which would be prime candidates for molestation.

The street wise kids I've seen don't seem like they are easy victims, either. Most kids that are molested are done so to by family members or friends. I do find his attachment to kids odd, but not necessarily criminal. I think he had a special connection to them for certain, but I'm not convinced either way.
Seems odd to me that with all for the victims, I think 11 in all, not a single one of them stepped forward and gave their story or has been identified. They are waiting to see if he is convicted and then they'll come out of the woodwork with lawsuits.
Let's just say I'm not part of the mob mentality, and I have my reasons for doubting this prosecution is legitimate. Show me some solid evidence and I will believe it. In fact, i think in the absence of physical evidence no person should ever be indicted for any serious crime, no matter how many people accuse him. In a case like this, the alleged victims have a lot to gain by suing the school.
Twenty five ago this case would never had made it past the grand jury for lack of evidence. Now they can indict on probable cause with different rules that only require accusations in child molestation cases. Didn't we learn anything from the witch hunts of the 1600's, the Mc Martin preschool trial and other cases where people were crucified unjustly without evidence on the say so of children? Children DO lie..and adults from hard background will lie to get a million dollars in a heartbeat.
I stick by what i said, Sandusky will never be convicted or plead guilty.
