Can those that say these are chinese lanterns explain something to me please.
If they are ( and also like the NY ones ) just lanterns that appear to take on a triangle formation from certain angles - how is it that they rock back and forth as if all are conected physically by 3 very long invisible rods ?
Lanterns are in abundance unfortunatly everywhere but every now and then some of these triangles act as one.
