why they don't try to catch him using a rope, like for wild horses  Maybe he is afraid of heights. Maybe the negotiator could convince him to tie one end of a rope around his waist and they can pull him down. LOL Move to the rear of the area and deploy a rope..Have 'em put it around his neck and start a game of.. Tug of War ;-) Jerk the shit right off....He has been doing that long enough.
