I have one of those inexpensive atomizers that I put the 3% H202 in..

I made my own from the 35% food grade peroxide
1 part 35% to 11 parts distilled water.

Last night I woke up very stuffed I had like a totally plugged up nasal passage couldn't even inhale through my nose at all.

I used the atomizer like an inhaler and then less than a minute later I was able to breath clearly. Also the stuffiness did not return.

I wouldn't want to be without Hyrogen Peroxide ever again it has saved me from being sick on numerous occasions already.
