h2o2 and o3 are amazing substances. I generally put 1% h2o2 in a humidifier during the winter and have never had a cold---at least last 15 years or so.

might want a humidifier as a preventative of the avian flu thing. use the cheap misting ones NOT THE ULTRASONIC TYPES
