if it were riots, people would be marching over police into parliament building, and forcing the resignation of all political leaders or the place gets torched...

This is going to be a really shitty day for people everywhere.

Not only is the world going to pieces, I just got word that my elderly neighbor has been taken from the nursing home she is at to the hospital in Hillsboro. She is 92 and needs a pacemaker, but she would never survive the surgery. Her heart stops and starts they are telling us. She is like a grandmother to us.

Somehow, she seems more important right now than any other crap the world throws my way.

But please my Greek friends....do NOT burn down or destroy the infrastructure your hard work has already built. The buildings aren't your enemies, your representatives need to be sent a peaceful message in full solidarity with all Greeks who can gather at the places of government.
