I think the test location of the 1MW power plant will be in Spain. The inventor of the catalyst is the Greek professor (the fat one). One of the good inventions that went down the drain, was for oil spills cleaning where a ferromagnetic material is used to collect the oil spill with the use of a magnet. Thus you could have back the oil and the reusable ferromagnetic material and of course a cleaned-up sea! The state did fund the construction of a boat with the system installed but it was never used for commercial reasons. It would bring a lot of money in the public funds, but I guess some corrupted high ranking civil servants or politicians are making more money for themselves by hiring other companies that use traditional means of containing oil spills.
