Oh for those of you who are too lazy to read.

All it says is that stars cool and shrink to become "planets".

It gives a explanation of this process. The details and math will get worked out a little later.

Update now with pictures! Just scroll down to the bottom!

Feedback is helpful, but not required. I have been pretty much a solo deal now for sometime.

Its lonely on this island, but it's a big island, who knows, I might find some civilization!

makes me think of radioactive decay of elements. stars decay to form planets.

how do you account for the mass? where does the mass go?

 Quoting: Anonymous Coward 3619986

The mass is miscalculated. The sun does not contain 333,000 times the mass of the Earth. It resembles a giant plasma sphere that is hollow. Think of a giant helium balloon versus an iron ball (Earth). Both can contain the same mass, but the helium balloon will be much, much bigger.

Gravity is not caused by "mass". Besides, what use is it to say gravity is caused by mass, when humans do not understand what causes mass?

Flare stages are the stages of metamorphosis in which the giant hollow sphere becomes a sphere that is not hollow. Stars connect in the middle during flare stages and start to develop their iron cores. Which then allows for further shrinkage.

Alien spaceships can actually travel though the sun, because it is hollow and very diffuse in the outer layers.

This is the key to starting to understand what causes gravity. We need to understand fully that stars keep all their elements and combine them to make what are called "molecules". Many billions of years of this forms what is called a "planet", with a solid surface that can be walked upon.

Re: The General Theory of Stellar Metamorphosis
Lots of mass is also lost in the flare stages. The sun losses mass with its giant flares all the time.

Re: The General Theory of Stellar Metamorphosis
it has been known since 1938 that the main feature
of all of the stars is that they produce all of
the chemical elements in the universe (except hydrogen)

the smaller stars like the Sun produce all of the
elements up to Carbon.

and then mid-sized stars create heavier element up to Iron.

Iron is as far as the "star process" can go in producing
chemical elements by the FUSION process.
then, all of the other chemical elements, heavier than Iron,
are produced in Super-Nova explosions.

GTSM states that all "elements" are produced when white dwarfs lose their gravitational pull. In other words when the equations are set to zero. Meaning stable black holes are non-existent. no big bang, no stellar internal fusion.
