I really do agree with this. I am the nobody and what does it really matter who I am, and why should I be revealed now. All I want to do is to assure everyone here that the nobody is real, and that the nobody is on the side of good. And also maybe discuss how I am experiencing everything, because what I am doing is not happening in this reality, and therefore when I am awake in this reality, my knowledge of things is limited.

Choice.

I like to think of it a bit like Sarah while solving the Labyrinth. After solving the riddle of the doors, she finds herself sinking downward into the the grip of the 'helping hands'. While being gripped by seen/yet unseen hands, she is then given a choice,

"Up or Down?"

She takes what looks to be the easy path and plunges down into the black abyss. To only later be 'saved' by a friend.

As a child whenever I watched this part, I would always fault her for making the 'wrong' choice. But then I would silently wonder what would have happened if she had chosen differently, to go 'up' instead of down? Would it have changed the entire course of events? Would poor Toby have been turned into a goblin? Or would it have had little effect on the overall outcome? Since, in the end, she reaches the goal anyway.

IOW, what seemed like the wrong choice at the time, was actually the correct one in the end. It made her wiser and she progressed forward into the maze.

No one Really knows exactly how the story is going to go before the record is played. So just sit back, take a breath, and let it play out accordingly.

The music plays itself. All one need do is listen.
