Religion is a private issue. Doesn't belong in public places.

So Christian prayers said for a couple of minutes before a meeting in a Christian country's banned, but things like this are okay? (Could only find youtubes of France, but I have pictures of the same in London - don't know how to download pictures though)

Not being funny but why would you want to say a prayer before organising the planning permission for a new extension on a house. or the moving of a street light. or the alotment of money to different sectors of the community.
