The Blue Dragons are an independent secret organisation with no affiliation with the Chinese Government.

Their roots are from the Japanese Samurai who fled to China during WW2, and ever since renamed themselves as the "Blue Dragons".

Lord William Klevshonek Zoronistas (or known as Zoro) was with the illuminati his whole life i.e. 65 years. He is native Italian and was born in a very rich family.

He was responsible for giving the green light to many economic recessions, false revolutions and various false flag terrorist attacks – some were real and some were completely faked on live TV news, including bribing thousands of actors and witnesses.

As far as I can tell you, the illuminati have suffered a tremendous blow right in their Achilles heel as they will find it hard to replace such an experienced and respected leader.
