Ok,

3 things:

1.) If what Masons "teach" is secret, but anyone can join, why is it secret? What is the point?

2.) What does the "G" stand for in the Mason symbol and why?

3.) Why all the Masonry stuff with Washington DC, the dollar bill, and the founding fathers of the U.S.A? What was the point? Power?

Thanks.

Hello Archaic Mason,

You make me laugh sometimes brother. That is the FUNNIEST Masonic joke I have ever heard.

The 3rd degree is like graduating from elementary esoteric school still wet behind the ears with a whole life of schooling still ahead of their elementary asses. Hence, you are either messing around with GLPers or you are misinformed.
 Quoting: KnightsTemplar.TV

C'mon brother, you know this.

The Blue Lodge 3rd Degree is the cap stone.

The Scottish Rite, 32nd degree, and everything included below it, is not necessary.

A 32nd degree has no more right or privilege than I, myself, a 3rd degree.

I'm not saying there isn't knowledge to be attained in the higher degrees, but the 3rd is it.

I just watched something quite silly on Youtube which made a correlation between Pearls and Swine. Went to a restaurant the other day and absolutely loved it! They served crab legs, clams on the half shell, bubba gump shrimp, fresh ham, fresh baked fish, every damn thing.

It was at that moment that the $7 i paid for the buffet meal...

Chinese food.

I almost puked - yet eating succulent - rare beef and savory pork in sweet sauce made me consider, why god can be so cagey.

Because, everyone thinks that what they have is THEIR OWN. Consider Melizadik and Abraham and his pagan counter part?

Freemasonry is a hidden fraternal order, and defined by them as a system of morality. The first three steps are the Blue Lodge. The first degree is called Entered Apprentice. The second degree is called Fellow Craft. The Third degree is called Master Mason. Most men only go to the third degree, but if one chooses, he may advance either through the York Rite or the Scottish Rite. The Scottish Rite has thirty-two degrees. In each degree, the Mason pledges himself to a different Egyptian deity. There is a thirty-third degree that is largely honorary, but the thirty-two degrees give you access to becoming a Shriner. As a Shriner you will place your hand on the pagan Muslim Qur'an (Koran) and pledge yourself to the pagan "god" Allah; who by the way lies that Jesus did not even die on a cross, and that God has no Son. This pagan 'Allah' never once shows that it knows the real name of God (Jesus/Yeshua/Yahweh/I am). [link to www.bibleprobe.com]

Re: I am a 3rd Degree Master Mason, ask me a question...
the Illuminati?

Q: Was - and is - there an infiltration of the Masonic Order?

A: The Freemasons and the Illuminati are hand in glove. I don't care if this steps on any toes, it's a fact.

The masonic temple at Alexandria, Virginia (the city itself was named after Alexandria, Egypt, and is a hotbed of Illuminati activity) is a center in the Washington, DC area for Illuminati scholarship and teaching.

I was taken there at intervals for testing, to step up a level, for scholarship, and high ceremonies. The leaders in this masonic group were also Illuminists.

This has been true of every large city I have lived in. The top Freemasons were also top Illuminists.

My maternal grandparents were both high ranking Masons in the city of Pittsburgh, Pa. (president of the Eastern Star and 33rd degree Mason) and they both were also leaders in the Illuminati in that area.

Are all Masons Illuminati? No, especially at the lower levels, I believe they know nothing of the practices that occur in the middle of the night in the larger temples.

Many are probably fine businessmen and Christians. But I have never known a 32 degree or above who wasn't Illuminati, and the group helped create Freemasonry as a "front" for their activities.

THE ILLUMINATI BELIEVE THEY ARE GOOD – NOT EVIL

[link to web.archive.org]

I want to address another misconception. That is, the one that the Illuminists know that they are evil.

When I was in the group, I and those around me were ideologically committed to the agenda as being GOOD.

I thought I was helping others reach their full potential when I was a trainer.

I believed that after years of sweat and hard work, that my intelligence won out, and that I made an excellent leader.

I fought Jonathan and others on the council when I thought they were unfair, and stood up for the people beneath me. Others did the same. They honestly think they are doing a GOOD thing, and if you told them it was wrong, or evil, they would look confused.

It took a LOT of therapy and deprogramming myself, doing reality checks with noncult people to realize that it was all a lie.

I was devastated. I had dedicated my life to helping others bring in the glorious new order, and then found out it was EVIL and abusive. I went through a period of intense grieving/mourning over this.

Most Illuminists I knew weren't evil, they were deceived. Only the top leadership perhaps were consciously being hurtful.

Re: I am a 3rd Degree Master Mason, ask me a question...
FUNDING THE “NEW WORLD ORDER”

[link to web.archive.org]

I saw a large amount of money being used to fund the projects of this group, funds that poured in from around the northern hemisphere and the world.

Couriers were sent to the corners of the globe, and many of the top financial institutions had a vested interest in bringing this "new world order" to pass.

This was discussed in leadership meetings; shown in videos to members of the group (such as the grainy films I saw in the 1960s showing a large round table with 13 members sitting around it, and the words "these are your leaders" spoken as the members rose and pledged allegiance to the coming new order.)

I will not mention the figures shown in this film in order to avoid the claim of "libel" but they were well known, influential, and many were behind the banking system of the modern world.

[DW: In this subsequent article, Svali revealed that the Rothschilds and Rockefellers both hold seats on the Supreme World Council that is intended to rule in “the New Order to come.”]

The Illuminati are funding this coming world order quietly, behind the scenes.

They believe that money not only "talks" as the saying goes, but buys media coverage, or silence; protection; and the influence needed to shape our modern world….

Are the Illuminati out to rule the world? Yes, and this is what they teach their members. They are working avidly towards this goal even as I write.

THEY ARE A VERY SMALL BUT POWERFUL MINORITY

[link to web.archive.org]

The Illuminati and their followers are a minority of our world's population. In San Diego county, where the population is over 2 million, there existed 5 years ago 24 sister groups with membership of roughly 60 to 75 each. Leadership council over the county was 13 members.

So, in a metro center with over 2 million, the active Illuminists comprised less than 1500 members. The Illuminati are possibly 1% to 2% of the population in the US.

What this means is that 99% of the people you know and work with are NOT Illuminati. They are good, hard working people (at least most are) who want a paycheck, and a good family life.

MOST of the leaders in our communities and financial systems have never heard of the Illuminati, because they are a minority.

So, why worry about them? Because a small group of evil people can do great damage. I will use an analogy.

MOST people in our society are not involved in child pornography, consider it a crime against children, and would fight against it given the chance.

Yet, the small minority of those involved in it do incalculable damage to the children involved. The effects of the crime are greater than the bare numbers involved.

Why isn't child pornography stopped? We have the evidence, law enforcement knows it exists, yet it is a multi-billion dollar industry.

HOW do these people "hide" from justice and capture? Why don't the police stop them? Because they aren't stupid.

They work under secrecy. They change locations frequently, and kill those who talk to law enforcement. Bribes and other means are used to cover their tracks, and they hire excellent lawyers.

Okay, now lets look at the Illuminists. The 1% of our nation involved are extremely intelligent. They have sworn an oath on pain of death from toddlerhood on to never reveal their true allegiance to outsiders.

I know a few Masons really well. I'll sometimes try and get them on certain subjects pertaining to the mystery schools, and they act stupid. I asked one supposed 32 degree Mason what he thought the checkered floor in his lodge meant, and he responded that it represents the battle between good and evil! lol I kind of threw in there that it represent the duality of the universe, and it kind of caught him off balance. Said Mason also had no idea who Albert Pike was, supposedly. Part of me thinks these guys are full of shit, but part of me thinks it depends on what lodge a Mason is a part of. I think some lodges move men up the ranks arbitrarily because they know that time is running out for this current system and they are just conning these idiots to get money out of them. The one mason I mentioned kept referring to how all he has to do is keep his membership fees paid and he was in like Flynn. I noticed it only took you six months from your initiation to attain a level three. You're probably just a Blue Lodge flunky. I guess I could ask how to get out of a parking ticket, or how to get into the Shriner's Circus for free; but that's about it.

Trust me, after this system fails, and we live in a mad max type scenario.

If your still alive at that point, chances are you'll be going to a lodge to find shelter or food.

That's what we have done throughout the ages. Provide safe passage and safe haven to travelers, even if they aren't masons themselves.

Re: I am a 3rd Degree Master Mason, ask me a question...
How much of a stipend do you receive?

Oh, wait.. Blue lodge members are still paying dues, while higher level degrees (which don't mean anything, according to you) are being paid a monthly stipend out of the dues paid by the lower level initiates.

Also, when you are asked what god you believe in (at least in the higher degrees), the answer does matter. For one, it determines what bible you swear your oaths on, and also, you will not progress if you answer incorrectly.

Have you ever met a catholic mason? LOL!! I don't think so.

Have you read Morals and Dogma? Maybe you should. Oh wait, Albert Pike was no greater a mason than you. He wasn't privy to any secrets above and beyond what you have learned. Never mind.

33rd degree mason's travel to their annual meaning all over the world, all expenses paid. Somewhere different each time the meeting is held. When was the last time you were invited?

Enough said... You really need to dig deeper. Most initiates never make it past the master mason degree, because they are not privy to the benefits and knowledge beyond that. And that is INTENTIONAL, because they don't want the majority of the blue lodge idiots anywhere near them.
 Quoting: Neophyte 2410873

I do not recieve any monetary gains from being an active Freemason. Nor do any brothers for that matter, no matter what degree.

It does not matter what you religion you gravitate too, as long as you believe in a supreme being, God, you will be accepted.

I actually am a born and raised Roman Catholic. Once again, religion does not matter.

I have read Morals and Dogma, and although Pike is (supposedly)a 33rd degree Mason, he has no more right and privileges to the lodge than I do.

I am not a 33rd degree mason, so I have not been to one of the meetings. In order to receive the 33rd degree, you to be voted in by your peers.

If I wanted to further my masonic education, I could. I plan on joining the York Rite this summer, and next year the Scottish Rite. I will be receiving all of the extra degrees, regardless of who I am.

Being a Roman Catholic, I would tell Jesus Christ that I did my best to better human kind, as well as myself.

I would thank him for his sacrifices.

Did it put your mind at ease ?
Did you end your quest ?

Honestly, I did bring about a certain kind of peace of mind.

It did not end my quest, if anything, it just added a fuel to the fire. Once one can gain knowledge, the mind and soul yearn for more.

Re: I am a 3rd Degree Master Mason, ask me a question...
Some interesting posts here on this subject.

Yes, some Masons are not as educated about the fraternity as others. Some lodges are great at teaching what the fraternity has endured thru the years and some not so much. And some lodges have bretheren that teach themselves everything about Freemasony.

Basicallhy, you get out of it what you put into it.

It more or less is journey unto yourself as to what you want out of it. I have seen a lot of initiates come and go and not know what they were or are a part of.

Re: I am a 3rd Degree Master Mason, ask me a question...
Ok,

Power?

Thanks.
