First of all you need to know what's going on then how to get rid of it and have a plan of action detailing it ALL man.

You have to repent of what you did to open the door to let the demon in, then you have to renounce the practice and denounce it. Once you do that, the legal right of the demon will be broken and you can tell it to leave you.

Now, if you are a Christian, meaning that you have accepted Jesus as your Savior, then you can tell it to come out of you in Jesus name with the authority and power that He has delegated to you (Luke 10:19).

Also, when a demon leaves a human body, it can either be through: coughing (most common), yawning, sneezing, watery eyes, pooting and other ways. If you feel something else, let me know.

You are first and foremost a SPIRITUAL being that inhabits a physical body. Your spirit is energy, and the Creator of everything around us is also energy.

You can not keep feeding into this thing. I have been reading into your posts and I can see clearly what your problem is.
You can not feed into something like this and think going to church will prevent anything bad from happing as a cause of it. You have to accept the truth, you have invited this thing in, every time you talk about it, read online about in, try to test with it, you are feeding into it. At a time you even said it was controling your head movements. Jesus and God gave us the freedom of choice, would he force you to experience this self conflict? You cannot handel somthing like this, us humans were not made to be controled by demons or spirits but the opposite, to rejoyous and praise God.
If you truely wanted this thing gone you would go to church, talk with your pastor and get help, say prayers, listen to gospel music, fast, read the bible. Cut off anything relating to this thing, and traces or evidence, even a picture of it or anything relating to it or any practice besides that of God and Jesus should be burned while casting anything evil out with the name of Jesus and prayer. God answers prayers, keep praying. If this thing is truely in your third eye (your head) that is becuase you keep feeding into it, what a previous poster said before is right, demons, spirits, and satan hate gospel music and the sound of the name Jesus. So if you are constatly listening to christian music then this thing will flee. If you continue to strenghthen your relationship with God then this thing will be cast out. If you have tried to cast it out then have a preacher or someone with higher faith do it.
I have heard of stories of people with evil inside them, but a true christian with faith in the Lord cast the evil out of them by saying "get behind me satan in the name of Jesus" and they were forced to leave. *Repent, cut anything even slitly relating to this thing or your "high self" out, seek Jesus and God, go to church, seek help from preachers, continue casting it out and away from you and pray constatly, fasting is also a very effective practice in fighting evil and growing in your relationship with God.

The second poster preaching at this poor person going through HELL - obviously has REPENTED - but there is more at work here than repentance - he needs DELIVERANCE - just as an infection NEEDS and antibiotic.

OP needs someone who UNDERSTANDS deliverance.

Repent of your sins. If you have stolen anything... return it, or make up for what you have done. Your sins are like a web of darkness that goes outwards. Demons feed off of sins.

If you have received any so-called knowledge or power from the demons... Go into a quiet place away from everyone. Relax, clear your mind, meditate, pray, and then start taking all of that knowledge or gifts, and imagine placing it into a sack, or a box, something that can be sealed. Hand over all of the so-called gifts and false knowledge to God. Cast it out, and pray that it is taken from you.

Pray for the Angels of the good Lord God to help you in this battle.

Read through the gospels (especially Mark). Imagine you are there seeing the teachings of Jesus. Read the gospels as if you were there. Skip back and forth between the gospel and revelation.

Good angels and bad angels are trying to pull you over to their sides.

You are being tested and made into a warrior for God. Many people around you will need your help, guidance, and prayers. You will see the world in a new way.

Sin no more, and try to live a sinless life. Have faith and love for God, and your life will be renewed. The darkness will be lifted from you, and you will walk in the light of God.
