how do you know you DONT live an alternate life in another world when you sleep?

I sometimes wonder if I'm just a character in someone's dream & maybe that person is about to wake up.

man i hope not, cause that dreamworld im in is one fucked up place.

then also what about chemicals or medicines that affect dreams? if we were living in an alternate world while asleep then how could things in this world affect the other.

It is very possible that this world we live in is a physical nightmare.

if you think about it, there is no difference from the real world and the dream world.

one minute you could be having a dream life, the next you could be in an accident and become a cripple and never walk,living a nightmare.

also, on this very planet there could be nightmare things happening, war, pain, torture.

or on this very planet good dream things, love, sex, tropical weather vacations....


so both things, nightmares, and good dream like lives are happening AT THE SAME TIME

I read that dreams are like looking into the window of the astral realms or the 4th dimension. I also read that we are supposed to ascend to 4d or even 5d at the end of this year.

When we go to sleep we go off to a dream world which is another alternative world. You come back to this world when you wake up from the dream world. Yes I agree.

How bout when u look into a mirror and yourself from the other dimension is looking into their mirror. Are there subtle differences between the background and its mirror image? Theres a picture on the wall in the mirror...

1) We actually jump across time, space, dimensions, and reality into other dimensions, seeing what other beings are seeing, sometimes alternate versions of ourselves, sometimes what other people are seeing and experiencing, sometimes just observing random stuff.
2) It's just our brain making shit up from recent memories.

I think the dream world is a collection of your experiences throughout your existence. Throughout time we have experienced many different experiences, so when you dream, the veil is lifted just enough. So those dreams that seem so random that there is no way they could apply to your current life, are just your higher self's way of reminding you of who you are. Who know's, at the end of the day, only the creator/creator's know.

Because you don't dream you are dreaming in a dream and then wake up and realize you are asleep.

This concept is becoming (for me) more and more plausible, as scary as that sounds.
